Along with the video, I proved a playlist and boyyyy this playlist is amazing. I know it's all top 40s songs but they're up there for a reason. I've been listening to this playlist nonstop. Good for singing along to or just for dancing around. Link here. (I'm obviously not a music person, these are all my opinions and thoughts for putting the songs on the playlist.)
Let's go over the songs on the list a little bit:
-Uptown Funk - This song is sweeping the nation. It is so dance worthy and catchy and annoying in a good way.
-Love Me Like You Do - I just sing the chorus but it is so good
-Sugar - This song makes me spaz dance. It's so catchy and fun to move along to
-Thinking Out Loud - This makes me emotional in a good way and it's so ballad-y and amazing
-Take Me to Church - Ballad, singing, all good stuff.
-Four Five Seconds - It's so good. I don't know how else to explain it
-I'm Not the Only One - Good to sing along to. It will emotionally punch you in the gut. Sam Smith man
-Centuries - I had a little stroke when I put this on here but it's so good to listen to. Debating whether or not to replace it with Immortals. Maybe, maybe not.
-Jealous - I've loved Nick Jonas since the Jonas Brother days. I love his voice so much. And this song is so great with his voice.
-Stay With Me - Another Sam Smith. He's that good. His songs are that good
-All of Me - Not sure why I added this, I tend to skip it when I reach it sometimes. But it's good for singing along to when you're feeling it
-Don't - I just added this. Why did I add it? Every time I hear it on the radio, I just want to sing along. And it's like Ed's version of rapping and I love it.
I can't believe it is March already. February was incredible. I gained more than 20 subscribers, had more than 2000 views, and earns three times what I usually earned. So what are some other things that happened in February?
-I got a new phone (Feb 28) and now I have to use that for videos.
-I've had to send my laptop in 4 times just this month so I can't even upload new videos. So many vlogs awaiting editing.
-One-take/no-cuts videos have become a thing.
-My tumblr got crazy.
-#NicerInternet . So that happened. It was great.
-My twitter blew up because of that
-(Related to above) Being positive, posting nice things, being nice on the internet, anti-bullying, etc
-All my new youtube subscribers have me over the moon. It feels so stressful having all these people viewing my content. I'm trying to stay positive and only put out good things.

Some stuff from February I'd like you guys to check out if you haven't already.
There had been a no smoking policy on our campus since Jan 2014. I have had to inform many students of this and ask them to put out their cigarettes and they have always complied right away. But yesterday was different. I had just finished class and was walking back when I noticed a student who was walking the opposite direction had a lit cigarette. I approached him and informed him about the smoke-free policy and asked him to put it out. He responded saying that he would and continued walking. Now, I usually watch a person until the put it out (which they do because they don't really want me to stand there until they finish smoking) but this guy was walking and he didn't put it out even after he walked off. So I silently followed him. This pursuit went something like this: "Are you following me?" "Yeah, I'm just making sure you put it out and then I'll leave" "Well where do you want me to put it out? There's no where to do it" "You can snub it out on the ground and then throw it in the trash can" "Okay, whatever, you can follow me to lot 30 where I parked my car" ... "Can you stop f*ing following me?" "I will as soon as you put it out" "You're f*ing crazy you know?" "Thank you" "Can you just go away?" "I will as soon as you put it out. It's a very simple request" "Well my request is simpler, just stop f*ing following me" This happened the entire walk across campus. He took out his phone to snap a picture/video of me before he threw it onto the grass next to the bus stop. I had to go step on it and pick it up to throw it into the trash can. I also informed him some time throughout this interaction that he can light another one as soon as he gets off campus. Three things upset me: he didn't put it out right away, he felt the need to curse at me even though I didn't curse back, and that he took a picture of me that might end up online somewhere. I'd really like some feedback on this. What do you guys think? What should I have done? What would you have done? And do not say to leave it alone because if one person gets away with it, they all get away with it. Next time he thinks about lighting up on campus, he'll probably get a flashback of that crazy girl that followed him all the way across campus. (And I think I might have a little PTSD because I started to feel a little panicked when I passed that spot on the grass where I saw him yesterday. Not a good feeling.)
I am not a professional. I obviously haven't been doing it right because of how single I am. These are just personal opinions and advice to being more self confident. Since today is Valentine's day and it's all about the lovey-dovey, I thought maybe I should adress this subject a little. I know we all fall in love when we're young and I'm definitely not saying that it doesn't mean anything, I belive in young love too. But once you reach an adult age, you will want a mature relationship. I know I am a hopeless romantic and believe strongly in finding true love so you may or may not relate to this. But before you can find love, you need to love yourself. And in order to love yourself, you have to learn to accept all of your own flaws. I have a video below pointing out all of my own flaws:
I already love myself very much (maybe a litte too much) and I am very aware of all my flaws. If someone wants to insult me, I let them because I know it's all true. I do not let them affect me because I know who I am. I guess this post is more about self confidence than anything else. I do believe that if you're having a hard time finding someone, you should probably look at yourself first. Maybe you just don't accept yourself enough, how can someone else when you don't?
But....if you're like me and an over-confident lady and still haven't found someone...I don't know how to help you there other than just be patient. I'm sure this time next year I'll probably have found someone that I like. Just stay positive and don't worry about it too much. Enjoy your singleness while you still have it.
It's hard to believe that it has been almost a year since the incident happened. Since I'm close to the people that the situation involved, I was asked to remove all proof of it from my social media as to not draw attention. (I have done that but I think I can still allude to it since it has impacted me so greatly.)
I'm generally not supposed to talk about it and I'm supposed to act like it never happened. But I feel like it has greatly changed me this past year. Since then, I have broken up with my boyfriend and distanced myself from all my friends. I've become an even more introvert person, definitely darker, and less bright than I was before.
For awhile after the incident, if I would go out with friends, I would be the one sitting quietly in the corner thinking about things instead of the one engaging in conversations with everyone. And even now, I don't really like to talk to many people at all. I do get attached to those that I'm close to though.
I wasn't able to finish this when I wrote it down in my notebook as a draft because I started to cry and I'm not going to finish it now. This is more for myself than for anyone else. It's a realization of who I have become in this past year and the documentation of my acceptance of it.

Okay, so by my title you probably can't tell what I'm talking about but you'll understand once we get to the end of this.
I follow a lot of youtubers and I've made at least 35 videos in the month of January. How do these things go together? Well, since there are so many videos, I'm not able to release them right away because I don't want to overcrowd sub boxes more than I already am. Lately, I've been noticing that a lot of youtubers are putting out videos that I have just filmed.
Examples:
-Marcus Butler's being sick video. I filmed a video on the same topic the Friday morning before he released it!!
-Will Darbyshire's things that annoy him video. I filmed mine....in December but hadn't released it yet until last week I think
-Jim Chapman's how to make friends video. I'm pretty sure I posted the same thing the week before.
These all happened in the last two weeks or so. I'm sure I can find more if I tried but those are the three that resonated with me the most because I witnessed it happening very recently.
What was the point of this post? Nothing. Well maybe not nothing, I'm not mad or anything, I just think WOW my brain is on the same wavelength as these guys. Isn't that so cool?

Now that I have completed my goal to post every single day in the month of January, I have to wonder "what's next?" I had first decided to give myself that goal because I wanted 2015 to be different in the sense that I have a better work ethic and I care about the content that I put out. Plus I wanted to get used to being someone who posts things regularly.
I have debated this move for a very long time but I have chosen to just jump in and do it. I have decided to come out publically to the friends that I have actually met in person. When I say coming out, it doesn't mean revealing my sexuality, it just means I'm coming out into society (like a debutante). I have just announced on my personal facebook page that I have been posting videos and putting my life out on the internet for people to see. I don't even expect them to follow me or even click on my links; I just wanted to put it out there in case some of them are actually interested (I do know that most people just scroll past when they see me post things).

But what will I do now that it's February?
I'm not going to stop creating content, that is the last thing that I want to do. My videos consist of so many topics ranging from Disney to vlogs to whatever random thing I want to talk about! I haven't really found a niche for myself yet because I just have so many things on my mind that I will never run out. I've always thought that if I had infinite time and no obligations, I would just record 100 hours worth of content! (And probably spend the rest of my life editing it because of how slow I am.)
I decided some time in January that I have to buckle down and focus more on school.(Right after I decided to go public.) I will continue posting things but it might just be once or twice a week. (Fridays every week + Tuesday if I have extra things.) Of course the easiest way to keep updated is to follow me on Twitter or to go to the 2015 tab (link) and see what I have upcoming. It has the date I post something, the name of the thing, and a direct link to the thing. Videos and posts are published around noon Pacific time on the day of - if I uploaded it ahead of time. If not, it'll just go public whenever it is done processing.
For now I just have to focus on school but I look forward to getting feedback and making more content every week. I will see you guys soon and I hope you all support me!

I hope you guys are proud of me, This video footage was originally 40 minutes long and I had to cut it down to 13.5 minutes. I watched it a million times in editing and three more times adding the 15 annotations. I guess I just really want to make a good impression for tomorrow. Also, there were SOOOO MANY LINKS putting together this post. I am so tired! (It's like 4am)
New School, New Friends (tl;dr watch the video at the bottom)
Most of you are probably high school or college students (like me!) so I thought that I should maybe talk a little about making friends or moving to a new school. I have transferred between schools multiple times the past 5 years and I feel like I'm allowed to talk about this.
When you are in a new place, no one knows who you are and you are free to reinvent yourself. I'm not saying that you should lie about who you are and make up huge unbelievable stories, I'm saying that you have a chance to be the person you've always wanted to be. If you want to be seen as more mature, act the part. If you want to be more studious, work on your study habits. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. I'm not saying that you have to become the most popular person at the school but you should definitely talk to some people and get to know them. I find it easiest to make friends with people who are in multiple of my classes or neighbors that I see all the time on my way to school.
Right now I have a group of econ friends. They're the people that I took all my economics classes with and basically walked together from class to class every day. I only talked to them in class or in study group but I would definitely go up to them and say hi whenever I see them on campus. I would make friends with them if I weren't graduating soon but because of that, I have distanced myself from most people. I don't want to get attached just to never see them again.
I however, don't recommend that. If you are one of those people who need companionship, do the same thing when making friends and hang out with them on weekends outside of school. I do have one friend though who has been in every single one of my quarters (we use quarters instead of semesters) and that person I talk to outside of class. Other than that, hardly anyone unless there's homework involved.
I do recommend to always hold on to old friends. They say that the friends you make in school are the ones you keep for life. I definitely agree with that when it comes to my high school friends. Even though we meet up once a year, we always pick up right where we left off. And I know they will accept me and support me in anything I do because we've been through so much together and they've seen all sides of me.
